Dr Mayo Fadeyi
Lecturer
Dr Mayo Fadeyi has vast experience working in various capacities in the banking and agricultural industries. He has also worked as a doctoral researcher at the University of Queensland, Australia in addition to being a teaching assistant in the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences where he taught Investment and Agribusiness Project Appraisal to both undergraduate and post-graduate students. He tutored in the Indigenous Tutorial Assist. and Retention (ITAR) program between 2019 to 2021.
Dr Mayo is an associate fellow of the Higher Education Academy Fellowship, and he brings this experience to the classroom where he creates an engaging and interactive learning environment, incorporating real-world case studies, and encourage critical thinking among students.
Dr Mayo’s areas of interest include emerging technology in agriculture, smallholder development, technology adoption, and smallholder financing.
